Who is behind the LSC?

My name is Lawrence White, and since 2004 I have run a company called English support ApS, supplying native-speaker translation, proofreading and teaching in English, primarily for the Danish market.

Over the years, more and more customers also wanted translation into other languages, so my network of native-speaker translators for other languages began to grow. And then some customers also wanted interpreters, language teachers, voice-over specialists, and so on.

In 2009, I opened an office hotel for native-speaker language professionals, but it proved unviable. The potential synergy in just putting people together was simply not enough. The creation of an effective common brand requires organisation and goals.

Moving towards a common brand

The new LSC is my solution for organising such a brand. Our unique Independent Peer Review service attracts translators to our network. This enables us to offer our customers many more languages plus quality assurance of a kind never seen before. More customers = more requests for other language skills too.

So the new all-round LANGUAGE SUPPORT CENTRE is a business idea that works for language professionals and customers alike.
